Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, even if free shipping was provided at the time of purchase.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please note, all custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns unless there was a mistake on our end.

3. REPORTING A PROBLEM

 

If there's a problem with the product, it is crucial to contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package. We ask that you inspect the items immediately upon receipt to verify the condition and to contact us promptly if there is any issue.

If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, please send us a photograph of the item along with your order number at Gracebynazzy@gmail.com. Our team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible with a decision on whether the return is approved or not.

If the issue was on our end, we will make it right and cover return shipping costs.

4. PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

 

Please note that due to the nature of our products (created according to customer specifications), returns or refunds are generally not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. This includes all custom orders which are final sale, with exceptions only for mistakes on our end.

Products such as candles, mugs, lip balms, or digital products are exempt from being returned, unless they are faulty or not as described. For other eligible products, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, even if they received free shipping at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations for products created to customer specifications are only allowed if the order fulfillment process has not yet begun. Customers can cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it. Please note, if the cancellation request is made more than 3 hours after the order was placed and the order is already in the fulfillment process, then we are unable to allow the cancellation.

6. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We strive to avoid any damage or defect in your products. However, if upon receiving your product, it is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, and you need to exchange it for another product of the same reference or request a refund, please contact us at Gracebynazzy@gmail.com. We will assume the shipping costs in these cases.

Your request should contain the following:

Full name of the person who placed the order.
Order number.
Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

7. REFUND PROCESSING

 

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the package will be sent back to you, and the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 5 business days of your return being accepted. In the case of an exchange request, the replacement product will be shipped to your delivery address.

8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

9. RETURNED PACKAGES

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery address provided by the customer, or if the package was not collected from the local post office in time, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of re-shipping the order. Please ensure that you provide a correct, current, and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

10. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS


Please note that gift cards, sale items, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for a refund.
