SHIPPING POLICY

GracebyNazzy is owned and operated by Gracebynr LLC.GracebyNazzy is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

2. GRACEBYNAZZY SHIPPING

Our products are available for delivery to various regions, including:

United States (domestic shipping)
European Union
United Kingdom
Canada
Other countries (we will let you know if we do not ship to your destination)

Additionally, we offer worldwide shipping for products purchased through our Etsy and Amazon stores. However, these are subject to the shipping and return policies of Etsy and Amazon respectively. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases, or any location where the recipient cannot be identified.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND RATES

Shipping costs are determined by the destination of the order.

For U.S. orders, a standard shipping rate of $7 applies.
For orders to Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK, the standard shipping rate is $13.
For all other countries, the standard shipping rate is $20.


These rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that these are flat rates and some products may not qualify for these standard rates.

4. FREE SHIPPING 

At GracebyNazzy, we offer a Free Shipping benefit under the following conditions:

For orders totaling over $40 within the United States.
For international orders totaling over $80.

Please be aware that this promotion may not apply to certain products. The Free Shipping offer is applied automatically at checkout once the conditions are met.

5. ORDER FULFILLMENT

Our products are tailored to customer specifications, which necessitates a fulfillment period of 2 to 5 days. This period allows us to ensure that every order meets our stringent quality standards. Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding weekends and major holidays.

During periods of high demand, such as vacations, product launches, restocking, or special promotions, the fulfillment period may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

6. SHIPPING TIMES

The shipping times for our products depend on the product's availability and the destination of the order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we aim to deliver your items in the quickest possible time. However, we ask for your understanding as actual shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and gives you an estimate of the delivery date.

Please keep in mind that GracebyNazzy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you encounter such issues, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with the tracking number for further assistance.

8. CUSTOMS TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes according to the laws of the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these additional costs. It's important to familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies before placing an order. Please note, GracebyNazzy is not responsible for the payment of these customs duties or for packages returned due to non-payment of such duties.

9. DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there can occasionally be delays due to natural or uncontrollable events, or those related to the courier service. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. GracebyNazzy is not responsible for these unforeseen delays, but rest assured, we are always striving to provide you with the best service possible.

10. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery or if delivery is impossible due to reasons beyond our control, the product may be returned. Please note that additional charges may apply for reshipping.

11. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Accuracy of delivery address information is crucial for order fulfillment. GracebyNazzy is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address is correct, current, and complete before finalizing your order.

12. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We recommend customers to provide a secure delivery address to ensure successful delivery. This could be your home, your workplace, or any location where the package can be received safely. GracebyNazzy is not liable for packages lost or stolen due to an insecure delivery location.

13. CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Please be aware that all orders that have been customized to specific customer requirements are considered final. No returns or exchanges can be made for these orders, unless there was a mistake made by GracebyNazzy. In such an instance, we will correct the issue and cover the associated shipping costs. Please ensure that all specifications for custom orders are thoroughly reviewed and correct at the time of placing the order.

14. PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY FOR SHIPPING RATES

Please be advised that some products may not qualify for the listed standard or free shipping rates due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. In such cases, the applicable shipping rates will be clearly stated on the product page and calculated at checkout.

15. SHIPPING COMPLETION

Delivery is considered completed from the moment GracebyNazzy makes the product available to the buyer, as indicated by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
